I spent St. Patrick's day at a hackathon, building a Windows Phone and Web App - 'Eventbook'. This app pulls your Facebook Events and displays the ones happenning close to you on a map.

Usability & Heuristics Evaluation - SmugMug
I conducted a detailed usability study of SmugMug's online shopping-cart/checkout process in order to recommend design improvements. Various research methods including usabiliity testing, heuristics analysis, comparative analysis, survey etc. were used as part of the study.
Non-profit Enterprise at Work - Contextual Inquiry
As part of my Masters program in Human-Computer Interaction, I conducted contextual inquiry on a local Ann Arbor non-profit organization - NEW. The aim of the project was to evaluate and propose business process improvements in the organization's technical services arm.
